I'm not sure if it's because we haven't had steak in a while or not, but this was delicious! It's always nice to be able to cook a steak without heating up the grill if you don't have to. The Gorgonzola butter is very flavorful, so if you love Gorgonzola cheese, you'll absolutely be in love with this butter.
